以希臘服飾做為基礎的羅馬人將許多希臘的衣服修飾成自己的造型。善於打仗的羅馬男人也開始剃鬍子、留短髮。

With Greek fashion as its foundation, the Romans adopted a lot of the basic garments of the Greeks and reshaped them into their own styles. Being a nation of battle and war, the Roman men started to shave and have shorter hair.

這個文化被埋沒在希臘的影子裡。他們是在義大利東部地區的城市，在希臘古典時期時非常興盛。

This culture was buried under the shadow of Greece. Situated in the central regions of Italy, they were prosperous during the Greek Archaic Period.

又是一個我很喜歡的時期。古希臘文化充滿文藝、哲學、和不可思議的神話。他們的服裝跟前面提到的埃及比，有較柔軟飄逸的感覺，也是後面羅馬服飾的根本。

Another one of my favourite periods in history, Ancient Greece is a a culture ir arts, philosophy, and fascinating myths. Their costumes give a softer, more flowing feeling than the formerly-mentioned Egyptians, and are the foundation of the Roman costumes, which will be coming up soon!
